Claims

All claims regarding damage, product defects, or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt.

Clear photos and videos of the package and the product are required as evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products confirmed to have manufacturing defects.

Returns due to a change of mind, incorrect vehicle model selection, or customer preference are not accepted.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products cannot be returned if they have been installed, modified, scratched, sanded, or painted, or if damage has resulted from improper assembly, crashes, or misuse. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Warranty

We provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects in carbon fiber accessories only.

Products confirmed to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper installation, crashes/impacts, misuse, or normal wear and tear
• Products modified, disassembled, or repaired by the customer
• Issues arising from incorrect vehicle model compatibility or unsuitable usage scenarios

If you wish to have repairs or replacements performed locally, you must obtain our written permission in advance, and all associated costs must be confirmed beforehand.

We do not assume liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
