Material & Manufacturing Process

Both pieces are constructed from aerospace-standard autoclave-cured carbon prepreg. Layup structure: 1 layer of 200g/m² 3K twill for cosmetic surface, plus 1 layer of 200g/m² 12K twill for structural reinforcement. All materials are prepreg carbon. Mirror-polished molds create a glossy finish with no paint required. Carbon parts are lighter and more impact-resistant than factory painted plastic fairings.

Installation

Pre-drilled mounting holes perfectly match OEM mounting positions. No cutting, grinding or modifications to your motorcycle. Required mounting hardware is supplied where applicable. Simply align and fasten both covers, beginner-friendly installation.
