Material & Manufacturing Process

Constructed from aerospace-standard autoclave-cured carbon prepreg. Layup structure: 1 layer of 200g/m² 3K twill for cosmetic surface, plus 1 layer of 200g/m² 12K twill for structural reinforcement. All materials are prepreg carbon. Mirror-polished molds create a glossy epoxy finish with no paint required. It is lighter and more durable than painted surfaces.

Installation

Pre-drilled mounting holes perfectly match OEM mounting positions. No cutting or modifications to your motorcycle. Required mounting hardware is supplied where applicable.
